We are going to try to keep the blog updated with our training workouts and up to date as we prepare for the Country Music Half marathon.

Our route today was on the red portion of the trail leaving Crockett Park running for a mile and returning.  Our dog Violet really enjoys that we are training for a marathon even though she doesn’t really know .  She just likes to get out and run.

We hiked the Harpeth Woods Trail and found a geocache entitled bats (GCN4VR).

Today is the last day that Violet and Claude are going to get to hang out for a while.  As you may know, Missie got a teaching job in Nashville, TN and we are going up there this weekend to take her and most of our stuff up.  I still have another month at OTP, so I will be back in GA on Monday.  I will be heading up to Nashville for the month of August and then I am going to head up to Pennsylvania to help my dad with his business (www.keystonetarps.com) for a couple months, until he gets back from hunting in Montana.
