Training

We are going to try to keep the blog updated with our training workouts and up to date as we prepare for the Country Music Half marathon.

Our route today was on the red portion of the trail leaving Crockett Park running for a mile and returning. Our dog Violet really enjoys that we are training for a marathon even though she doesn’t really know . She just likes to get out and run.
